Double quince is now ready. When forced this early they are very light in color and we cannot supply any one particular shade. The later the season gets, the darker the color will be. They are taller than last year, the average height is about 4′ tall.

We are cutting White Quince right now and warming up. We are now working on salmon quince. Salmon quince when forced early is very pale in color. The closer it gets to natural blooming period, the richer the color.
