Lunaria dried flowers

Lunaria dried flowers are very sellable and our biggest problem is supplying them.  They are a two year crop and they are difficult to grow.  Lunaria bloom in the spring, like in April and begin to mature and we harvest mid to late summer.  It is later in the fall when we start cleaning the heads and selling.
